Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, all sales are generally final once work has commenced. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with the conditions below.

2. Full Refund Conditions

• WebHubPro is unable to begin your project within the agreed timeline due to our capacity, and you wish to cancel.
• You cancel within 24 hours of making the advance payment and no work has yet begun.
• The delivered project significantly deviates from the agreed written brief with no resolution possible.

3. Partial Refund Conditions

A partial refund may be considered if you cancel the project after work has started but before 50% of the agreed scope is complete. The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work not yet completed.

4. No Refund Conditions

• Cancellation after 50% or more of the project has been completed.
• Change of mind or personal preference change after the initial draft has been approved.
• The final deliverable has been received and accepted by the client.
• Delays or cancellation caused by the client failing to provide required content, feedback or approvals.
• Monthly retainer or social media service payments after the billing period has commenced.
• Domain registration or hosting fees paid to third-party providers on the client's behalf.

5. Refund Process

• Submit a refund request in writing to info@webhubpro.in with your project details and reason for the request.
• We will respond within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India under applicable Indian law.
